How Fareston® is prescribed

FARESTON® should be taken once a day. You may take your 60-mg FARESTON® Tablet at any time of day, before or after meals, with water or another nonalcoholic beverage. You should continue to take your FARESTON® daily and fill your prescription regularly until your physician directs you to stop.

If you take other medications…
Some medications shouldn’t be taken with FARESTON®. Make sure your doctor, nurse, and pharmacist know about any other medications you may be taking in addition to FARESTON®. Similarly, if another physician prescribes a medication for you, let that physician know that you are taking other medications, including FARESTON®.
